In order to enter the OCBC clubhouse and submit an application, each applicant must be accompanied by their one proposer and two sponsors.

The proposers and sponsors will be verified as Members in good standing.

Applications may not leave the building, and will only be provided once the Prospect, proposer and sponsors are present.

Upon completion of an application, each applicant must remit a non-refundable $500 initiation fee.

Applications will be posted at OCBC for no less than 15 days prior to the General Membership Meeting at which the Membership will vote to affirm the applicants by secret ballot.
