Chili, chili, chili!
Just as boating season comes to an end, as we vote on bylaws and hold elections – the year is not complete without our Annual Chili Cook-off on October 11, 2015 immediately following the General Membership Meeting and Elections! The Cook-off traditionally “kicks off” our tailgating season here at the OCBC and will again be hosted by Chris Currie & Company!
Chris and her team will accept entries between 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm in one of 3 categories: “Regular Unleaded” (Traditional), “Woo Wee” (Spicy), “Off the Beaten Path” (other). All entries will be judged by secret ballots cast by “the tasters” (i.e. you and me!) for a tasting fee of just $5.00!
